1. Limited 1-Year Warranty

We offer a limited 1-year warranty on all CECIPA products. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use and maintenance.

2. What’s Covered?

During the warranty period, CECIPA will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product or component that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, faucets, sinks, shower systems, hand showers, and any other CECIPA product.

3. What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or any alterations or modifications made to the product by the customer. Normal wear and tear, as well as damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions, are also not covered.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your CECIPA product is covered under warranty due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please follow these steps:

  • Contact CECIPA Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated customer support team through your original purchase platform(Amazon etc.). Please have your proof of purchase ready.

  • Provide Details: Explain the issue you are experiencing and provide any necessary information, including clear photos or videos, to assist our team in assessing the problem.

  • Evaluation and Resolution: Our customer support team will review your claim and, if necessary, guide you through the warranty process. This may include troubleshooting steps or, in cases of confirmed defects, arranging for repair, replacement, or a suitable resolution.

5. 30-Day Returns Guarantee

In addition to our 1-year limited warranty, we offer a 30-Day Returns Guarantee. If, within 30 days of receiving your CECIPA product, you are not satisfied for any reason, you have the option to return the item in its original condition for a refund or replacement, without affecting your statutory rights.

6. Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected by our warranty policy. Our warranty policy is provided in addition to, and not in place of, any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
